Two-Day Return Policy

This Return Policy governs the return of products purchased through Shoppya. By making a purchase, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Return Period
    Customers may request a return within two (2) calendar days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period shall not be entertained.

  2. Eligibility

    • Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.

    • The following items are non-returnable: personalized/customized goods, hygiene-related items, and products specifically marked “non-returnable.”

  3. Procedure

    • Customers must raise a return request via website within the stipulated time.

    • Upon approval, the product shall either be collected through an authorized courier partner (if available in the customer’s location) or returned by the customer at their own cost.

  4. Refund & Replacement

    • Refunds, where applicable, shall be processed within 5–7 business days to the original mode of payment upon inspection and approval of the returned item.

    • Shipping fees, Cash-on-Delivery charges, and handling fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

    • Customers may opt for a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.

  5. Damaged / Incorrect Products
    Any claim for damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photo/video evidence. In such cases, a replacement or full refund will be provided at no additional cost.

  6. General

    • Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

    • Shoppya reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the above conditions.

    • Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy – With 10% Advance Payment

      At [Your Store Name], we offer a Cash on Delivery (COD) option for your convenience. To confirm COD orders and reduce fake/cancelled bookings, customers are required to pay 10% of the order value in advance. The remaining 90% will be collected at the time of delivery.

      How It Works

      1. At checkout, choose COD (Cash on Delivery) as your payment method.

      2. You will be prompted to pay 10% of the order amount online to confirm your booking.

      3. Once the advance payment is received, your order will be processed and shipped.

      4. Pay the remaining 90% in cash/card/UPI directly to the delivery partner upon receiving your package.

      Important Notes

      • The 10% advance amount is non-refundable in case of order cancellation by the customer after shipping.

      • If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are eligible for a full refund, including the advance amount.

      • Orders without the advance payment will not be processed under COD.

      • In case you are not available at the time of delivery, our courier partner will attempt delivery again. Repeated delivery failures may lead to cancellation without refund of the booking amount.

      Returns & Refunds under COD

      • If you choose to return the product within the 2-day return window (as per our Return Policy), your advance amount and any paid balance will be refunded back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

      • Refunds are subject to product inspection and approval.
